MZ Account Password Reset

Regaining access to your MZ Account after forgetting your password is simple. Navigate to the login page at mzaccount.org and click the Forgot Password link. Enter the email address associated with your account and a password reset link will be sent to your inbox within minutes.

The password reset link expires after 60 minutes for security reasons. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder and ensure you entered the correct email address. In case the email never arrives, contact our support team through the Help Centre for manual account recovery assistance.

Password reset links are encrypted and expire quickly to protect your account from unauthorised access during the recovery process.

When creating a new password for your MZ Account, choose a strong combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Avoid reusing passwords from other services. You may not reuse your last 10 passwords to ensure maximum security for your account.

After successfully resetting your password, you will be prompted to log in with your new credentials. We also recommend enabling two-factor authentication immediately after a password reset to add an extra layer of protection to your MZ Account going forward.
